What We Do

We offer Counselling, Psychotherapy and Coaching At BTT our Therapists and counsellors don't offer solutions or advice, but instead, we guide you in gaining a deeper understanding of what can help you move forward in a more positive and healthy way. The counsellor will collaborate with you to identify a focus for the sessions, helping you recognize patterns and themes in your experiences that may be contributing to your low mood and loss of happiness. While our Counselling for Depression primarily focuses on the present, past events may also be explored if they are affecting your mental health and well-being. Our Psychodynamic therapy also helps to explore past events in-depth.
